Perform general maintenance, repair and service of apartment facilities and equipment
Inspect, troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling systems
Perform general carpentry, painting, wall repair, flooring and ceiling repair
Install and repair appliances, doors and windows
Maintain landscaping, parking lots and other outdoor areas
Perform other duties as assigned
Ability to use hand and power tools
Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose basic maintenance problems
Ability to lift heavy items
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently
Pay Rate: $18.50/hr
