POSITION TITLE:
Restoration Cleaners
POSITION SUMMARY:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for restoring damaged properties to their pre-loss condition. This includes performing water, fire, and mold remediation, as well as cleaning and sanitizing affected areas.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Either working in the shop or at customer homes
Assess damage
Remove and dispose of damaged materials
Clean and store salvageable items
Repair damaged structures
Perform water mitigation
Decontaminate and deodorize
Repair or replace damaged materials
Maintain and store tools and equipment
REQUIREMENTS:
Successful completion of application process
Attention to detail
Ability to travel
Ability to lift and move objects
Previous restoration experience is a plus but not required
No Felonies
